Fabricator

Getting started

From sign-up to your first solve in under 10 minutes.

  1. 1

    Create an account

Go to app.fabricator.hr/register and create a free account with your email address.

  2. 2

    Subscribe

From your customer portal, choose a plan — Day Pass for 24-hour access or Pro for a monthly subscription with a 14-day free trial. You will be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete the purchase.

  3. 3

    Install the Rhino 8 plugin

Requires Windows and Rhino 8 or later. Open Rhino, run the PackageManager command, and search for Fabricator. Click Install — the plugin is distributed via Yak, so it installs and updates automatically. Restart Rhino when prompted.

  4. 4

    Connect the plugin

Open the Fabricator panel by typing fabricator in the Rhino command line, then click Connect. A browser window will open automatically — sign in if needed, then click Approve. The plugin authenticates in the background and you're ready to go. No API keys to copy.

  5. 5

    Verify the connection

Run fabricator_status in the Rhino command line to check your connection. It shows your auth status, subscription plan, gateway URL, and plugin version. If it shows “Not authenticated”, try clicking Connect again.

  6. 6

    Run your first solve

Open the Fabricator panel by typing fabricator in the Rhino command line. Connect your geometry and press Solve. Or run fabricator_solve directly from the command line. The first solve may take 10–20 seconds while the system warms up.
